Securely package your handpieces in a padded envelope or box, including the completed repair form. Use our USPS Prepaid Shipping Label for free shipping.

We will repair and send back to you
We’ll provide a quick, transparent estimate. Upon approval, our expert technicians will restore your instrument to peak performance and we will send it back to you.

FREE Local Pickup and Delivery
If your office is within the Crofton, Gambrills or Odenton vicinity, we provide free pickup and delivery within a 5 mile radius of our office. Give us a call at (410) 257-2323 to schedule your pickup.
How to ship your handpieces
If you are outside our local pickup and delivery area, we offer a free shipping kit or free shipping label to get us your handpieces. Just complete the Shipping Request Form to the right

If you are in a hurry and already have a box we can email you a free postage paid USPS Priority Mail shipping label.
Repair Order Form
You can print and fill out a repair order form to list each handpiece by serial number, tell us the issues, and whether you would like an estimate.
