Do you provide emergency autoclave service?

Can’t wait? Drop it off  at our office today, or request emergency service. We offer an emergency autoclave service designed to minimize disruption to your dental practice. In urgent situations, we’ll promptly pick up your malfunctioning autoclave and provide a temporary replacement unit to keep your office fully operational. This loaner autoclave is offered at no additional cost if you choose our repair services for your original unit. Should you decide not to proceed with our repairs, a modest daily rental fee will apply for the use of the loaner. This flexible solution ensures your sterilization needs are met without interruption, allowing you to continue providing top-quality care to your patients while we address your equipment concerns.

We offer multiple convenient scheduling options to meet your needs, including user-friendly online booking, direct phone support (410) 257-2323, and email service request capabilities. Our commitment to exceptional customer service means you’ll receive a same-day response, minimizing disruption to your dental practice’s operations.

Our technical expertise spans all major dental equipment manufacturers, encompassing both international and local brands. Our technicians undergo rigorous specialized training to handle complex systems, and we maintain an extensive parts inventory to ensure rapid, precise repairs for virtually any dental equipment model.

Consult your autoclave’s manual for a list of error codes and their meanings. If the issue persists, contact us and we’ll have a technician come out to inspect and fix the issues.

Professional inspection, maintenance, and repairs should be performed at least once a year.

Regular maintenance tasks include cleaning the chamber after each use, inspecting the door gasket, cleaning the water reservoir, checking filters and valves, and lubricating moving parts.

Autoclaves should be filled with distilled water.
